Digital Publications

King Stony sells digital publications for personal, non-commercial use. Each product page identifies the title and purchase price before checkout.

Formats Included

A purchase includes all controlled digital formats currently available for that title. Available formats may differ by publication.

At launch:

• The Mature Lover’s Guide to Love includes one customer download ZIP containing the First Digital Edition PDF and EPUB, together with a checksum manifest.
• On Selfhood and the Limits of Identity includes EPUB and Visual PDF.
• Life Is Participation, Not Trial includes EPUB and Visual PDF.

The absence of a particular format does not make another listed format defective. Additional formats may be added later at King Stony’s discretion.

Delivery

Access is provided only after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may be provided through a secure download page or another controlled method associated with the purchaser’s order or email address.

Download links may expire and may not be shared. If access fails or a delivered file is corrupted, contact contact@therealkingstony.com with the purchaser email address and order information so the issue can be reviewed.

Refunds

All digital-product sales are final. Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, King Stony does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital publications except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy does not limit the correction of an unauthorized or duplicate charge, nor any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

License and Restrictions

A purchase grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital publication for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Purchasers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, upload, share, or commercially exploit the files or their contents without written permission.

Changes to This Policy

King Stony may update this policy prospectively. Material changes will be reflected in the version number and effective date. The policy presented at the time of purchase governs that transaction, subject to applicable law.
