Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting a request, or purchasing a digital publication, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

Operator

This website is operated by Sura’el A’Tariq, operating as King Stony (“King Stony,” “we,” or “us”).

Eligibility

General informational and publication content is accessible to visitors. Private session requests are limited to persons age 18 or older. A purchaser must be legally capable of entering the transaction or act with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

Permitted Use

You may browse publications and informational content, purchase authorized digital publications, access purchased files for personal non-commercial use, learn about sessions, submit a session request, and contact us.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the site unlawfully; submit false information; gain unauthorized access; interfere with site operation; scrape or harvest content; share protected download links; or reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit publications without written permission.

Intellectual Property and Digital License

All publications, text, cover artwork, design, and branding are owned by Sura’el A’Tariq / King Stony and protected by applicable law.

A completed digital-publication purchase grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the delivered files for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership or redistribution right is transferred.

Digital Purchases and Delivery

The price and included formats are displayed before checkout. Each authorized principal digital publication is priced at $33.33 USD unless the product page states otherwise before purchase.

A purchase includes all controlled formats currently available for that title. Formats differ by publication and may include EPUB and Visual PDF. Access is provided only after successful payment confirmation and may use expiring, entitlement-gated links.

Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining compatible software and devices.

Payments

Payments are processed through Wix Payments and its payment partners. King Stony does not store full payment-card details. A transaction is complete only after successful provider confirmation.

Refunds

All digital-product sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Digital Product & Refund Policy presented on the website and at checkout. Unauthorized or duplicate charges may be investigated and corrected.

Session Requests

Submitting a session request is a request, not an appointment. It does not guarantee availability, scheduling, or confirmation. No automated scheduling confirmation is implied.

Guidance Limitations

Private sessions are educational and guidance-oriented, not emergency, medical, psychological, legal, or financial treatment or advice. No outcome is guaranteed. See Guidance & Educational Scope.

Third-Party Services

The website uses Base44 for hosting and application services and Wix Payments and payment partners for transaction processing. No analytics or email-marketing service is currently connected.

Service Availability

King Stony may modify, suspend, or discontinue site functionality or offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will use reasonable efforts to address verified delivery problems.

Disclaimers

The site and content are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King Stony shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, publications, or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be reflected in the version number and effective date. The terms presented at purchase govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
